El domingo pasado la joven cantante de 23 años sufrió la pérdida de uno de los miembros más longevos e importantes de su familia: su bisabuela.
La relación que Demi mantenía con Mimaw, quien falleció a los 93 años, era muy cercana a pesar de la diferencia de edad. Es más, en octubre de 2015, cuando murió su bisabuelo, la intérprete de Confident estuvo de forma incondicional con la valiente mujer.
“Creo que es la mujer más fuerte que conozco. Ver su fuerza me ha dado la inspiración para superar los obstáculos más difíciles de la vida“, comentó en aquel difícil momento.

Fue a través de Instagram que Lovato quiso dedicar unas sentidas palabras a la persona que le enseñó a ser una mujer fuerte a pesar de las adversidades.
“Esta mañana he perdido mi mundo y la mujer más especial del mundo. La extraño más de lo que las palabras pueden describir. Hay un vacío en mi corazón que sólo su espíritu puede llenar“, comenzó la emotiva publicación.
“El dolor que siento es casi insoportable, pero debido a su fuerza de voluntad, mantendré la energía. El amor y el apoyo que he recibido me ha empoderado y ha sido muy especial para mí”, continuó.
“Te amo tanto y te extraño más de lo que nadie podía imaginar. Voy a extrañar su sonrisa, su ingenio, pintarse las uñas y sus besos. Realmente te amo. Descansa en paz y lo más importante descansar en el Señor“, es parte de la extensa dedicatoria.
Cabe señalar que la cantante recibió miles de mensajes de apoyo en este duro momento que atraviesa.

I hate that I can’t hear your voice but I love that you are no longer in pain. I love you so much and I miss you more than anyone could ever imagine.
