El próximo 2 de octubre Katty Kowaleczko cumplirá 60 años. Si bien llegará a la tercera edad, la actriz no se hace problemas por envejecer.
En conversación con The Clinic , la intérprete abordó el boom de las cirugías y los procedimientos estéticos para intentar detener el paso del tiempo, algo que ella dejó en el pasado.
“Nunca tuve problema con mi edad. Había mucha colega que me decía: No digas tu edad, porque sacan la cuenta de la mía . No sé, nunca me importó. De hecho, un tiempo me dejé las canas, pero me las tuve que teñir por trabajo”, partió señalando.
En el mismo diálogo, precisó que “creo que poder envejecer tranquila es algo muy gratificante y ha sido un poquito el propósito”.
“Hubo un tiempo en que usé las plaquetas y el bótox, pero de repente dije: ‘no, para qué, después voy a tener que meterme bisturí en la cara’. ¿Y si no me gusta? Prefiero ser una vieja estupenda que una vieja con cara de cirugía” , recalcó.
Katty indicó que hoy en día, “la gente opina mucho que estoy vieja. Cuando estuve con las canas, me decían que por qué no me teñía. Es una mala señal dejarse envejecer en esta sociedad”.

“A la mujer no se le da el permiso a envejecer y sobre todo en el oficio en que yo estoy, donde hay mucha imagen. Ahora, esta es una opción muy personal. No hago propaganda para que todas se dejen las canas. La que se quiera hacer un ojo acá, en el centro de la frente, que se lo haga. Cada uno sabe cómo vive. A mí no me acomoda”.

En la entrevista, la actriz abordó su imagen de mujer sexy, señalando que “de verdad, me voy a retirar. Ahora, yo empecé a ser sexy a los 40. Antes, en los 20 y en los 30, era la actriz angelical, la actriz dulce, la actriz amorosa”.
“En una teleserie tuve que hacer de stripteasera y por eso me llamaron después para la famosa Vedetón. Pero nunca he sido sexy. Una vez un periodista me dijo: bueno, ahora me imagino que vas a empezar a usar más minifalda, más tacón alto. Y no, son solo roles que uno toma” , agregó.
Finalmente, precisó que “en mi vida, ando cómoda y cumplir los 60 me da gracia. Voy a estar en edad de jubilar, con una jubilación mísera, que era lo que me esperaba, pero con una pareja amorosa. Estamos llenos de proyectos” , cerró.
